Studio policies

Tuition & fees

Monthly tuition is a season installment for mid-August through mid-May — we do not prorate short months or add for five-week months. All tuition, costume, and performance fees are non-refundable. Credits for unused advanced payment plans are considered only for documented injury and are held for one year.

Waivers & safety

Signed waivers in the parent portal are required before a dancer takes the floor. Water only in the studios. Please pick up promptly — staff cannot supervise after class, and consistent late pickups are billed $20 per 15-minute interval.

Closures & makeups

We close for major holidays and generally align with Greenville County Schools, though not for most single-day holidays. Makeup classes are not offered for scheduled closings; missed classes may request a makeup through the portal. Weather closures post by email, portal, and Facebook.

Communication

All important information is emailed to the parent address on the account — we do not send paperwork home with children. Add dance@artisticedgedance.com to your safe senders.
